I've purchased a B140HAN01.3 screen and an LCD controller board kit from Aliexpress
I'll update this article when it arrives
The parts arrived, but when I installed them only the backlight works. I tried another LCD controller kit but there's no display. I hit a wall with the screen supplier who won't replace it. Lesson learned.
