My brother in law, newly appointed trustee, needed a web site as the old Wordpress site was dated and its access was lost.
I'm no fan of Wordpress, I find it bloated and too reliant on other peoples plugins that may or may not work after an update.
I do however like to write my own sites from scratch in PHP, as they are much faster and less bloated.
It's an ongoing task, and will develop following requirements.
